Strengthening Our Volunteer Community Through In-Service Training

On April 25, 2026, the Progressive Health Initiative of Liberia (PHIL Inc.) conducted a Voluntary In-Service Training aimed at strengthening the capacity of our volunteer community for community health programs. The training brought together dedicated volunteers committed to advancing health equity across the communities we serve.

The session focused on equipping volunteers with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to effectively implement and support PHIL Liberia’s health initiatives at the grassroots level. By investing in our volunteers, we continue to build a stronger, more capable network of community health advocates ready to drive lasting change.

At the close of the training, participants were awarded certificates as evidence of their participation and successful completion, recognizing their commitment to service and their readiness to carry forward PHIL Liberia’s mission within their communities.
