Advancing Hygiene and Sanitation in Harper City
In 2024, the Progressive Health Initiative of Liberia (PHIL Inc.) extended its commitment to community health by implementing hygiene and sanitation projects across Harper City, Maryland County. These initiatives focused on promoting safe hygiene practices, improving access to sanitation resources, and educating residents on disease prevention through better hygiene habits.
As part of our broader mission to advance health equity for all communities, this project reflects PHIL Liberia’s continued investment in Maryland County; building on our work in WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) and reinforcing our belief that sustainable health begins with clean, safe environments for every family.
Through collaboration with local stakeholders and community members, PHIL Liberia remains dedicated to dismantling barriers to health and well-being, one community at a time.
