Caroline A. Doe is a highly skilled healthcare professional, public health advocate, and community-centered servant leader committed to delivering quality health services and advancing health equity across Maryland County and Liberia at large.

Doe, holds two distinguished Bachelor’s degrees a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health a rare and powerful academic combination that positions her uniquely at the intersection of clinical care and population health. Her academic achievements are further complemented by numerous professional certifications and specialized trainings across various disciplines in healthcare and public health practice, reflecting her relentless pursuit of excellence and continuous professional development.

Currently, Doe serves as a Registered Nurse at Jenkin Johnson Dossen Hospital in Harper City, Maryland County, where she provides compassionate, skilled, and patient-centered clinical care to individuals and families in one of Liberia’s key healthcare facilities. She simultaneously serves with the Maryland County Health Team (MCHT), contributing her expertise to county-level public health programming, health system strengthening, and community health interventions.

A woman of purpose and professional integrity, Doe also serves as a Board Member of the Progressive Health Initiative of Liberia where she lends her clinical knowledge, public health expertise, and community insight to guide the organization’s mission of advancing health equity for all.
