Isaac Mendoabor Bleh, Jr.

He is a visionary public health advocate, rural development leader, and faith-informed servant leader dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers to health equity in Liberia and across underserved communities globally.

A champion of Biology/Health Sciences, a Diploma in Mental Health, and multiple Certificates and Diplomas in Leadership Development across various disciplines, Ambassador Bleh brings a robust multidisciplinary foundation to every level of his work, from grassroots community engagement to institutional leadership.

In 2022, he founded the Progressive Health Initiative of Liberia (PHIL LIBERIA), a nonprofit organization empowering communities through health education, advocacy, and access to essential health services. Under his leadership, PHIL LIBERIA has emerged as a credible and transformative force across Maryland County and beyond, championing the health and dignity of Liberia’s most vulnerable populations.

He concurrently serves as a Rural Advocacy and Education Officer (RAEO) with Street Child International (UK), driving education access and child welfare across River Gee and Maryland Counties, and previously served as Coordinator of Mission Support Ministry International (MSMI)
